| Hey Mongoose, I have a game I just tried playing that may be of interest here. It is Civ4 Warlords. It is on the Monarchy difficulty level. Random Settings pertaining to climate and sealevels. Standard Size map, Plus 2 AI opponents, everything else standard settings. Random Civ, India/Asoka generated.

The year is 4000 BC. You are coastal people looking to settle down, in shall we say, a crowded world. I played this game up until around 400 AD or so, before I succumbed. Let me just say it is a warmongers delight, although the difficulty level may be a bit challenging for many.
I'll submit it and if Mongoose opts to try this as a GOTM, great, if not, others can play around with it for fun or if they like torture, if they're not quite up to the Monarch level yet, like I am (not). |
