The deputy may run in said election.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#3333dd&gt;If no deputy is available, then an election must be held as soon as possible to fill the position.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#111111&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;JUSTIFICATION&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color=#111111&gt;This law is required to remove confusion around what happens when an official resigns. The reason for the deputy holding the role on an interim basis is allow the game to continue in the short term where possible whilst elections are run to find a replacement.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;---------------------------------------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All votes are to be cast in person with a call of Aye in favor, Nay if not in favor, or Abstain if indifferent to the proposed draft.&lt;BR&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 26 Jul 2007 09:01:54 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Comedy Dave</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
