The map has me living right across the street from my high school.  In reality I live some....3-4 miles south of that, closer to Mill River...

Cool to see where everyone else is though.

What a fantastic site!

It seems it randomly placed the marker in the city quite far from where I live... but right next to where I study, the University I go to!

Well I've definately learned some geography playing around with that map, zoomed in. Great fun. Looks like only North America, The UK and Japan have got detailed maps - I couldn't get in closer without the satellite view for anywhere else... then I didn't know where I was when I got close in. I suppose it would be a lot of work to have maps of everywhere!

I like how its in Japanese when your over Japan, doesn't work of course if I wanted to understand what I was looking at, but it was an interesting feature to make it a globally useful map. No way to see the same thing for other places though.

well if you go to the 4th closest zoom, then select my name, then zoom in one level more, I actually live on Cromwell road in the top left of the picture. well.. that's during University term time. There's no city closer than 12 miles and we can't do postcode for UK...

-Well, I finally got on the map. Kristiansund is close enough. Two hour's drive south-west and two ferries from Aure. I went to College ,or whatever the equivalent would be, in Kristiansund.
