Now that IS a powerful example of something that clashes with my tan...

I've always liked the idea that the winner should contribute the next GOTM, to keep people from hoarding too many victories too quickly.

but it would also suck to sit out a month because you "won".  Not a very good incentive to win. 

I was going to post this on another posting, but I think its related.  Mongoose, are you not playing these because you're making them/moderating?  If thats the reason, I think we all wouldn't care if you do.  If thats the reason....  please play if you wish.

This should work for now.. I'll work on getting everyone's images changed over.

If we start getting about 10 victories, I'll probably start adding stars to the General image, or we'll figure something else out when the time comes.

I think it'd be cool to have a slight difference between the CIV III & CIV IV GOTM 'badges.' Something to indicate that you're a Corporal in CIV IV GOTM and maybe a SGT Major in CIV III, or whatever. Allowing someone to have both of those 'badges' or whatever they are called, on their profile.

Easy for me to say since 'Goose made these, huh?

I have been thinking about that off and on, and thought I'd post the suggestion finally.
